You can pay online through our secure PayPal interface or Nochex which both allow you to pay via credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay via cheque, please order the product in the normal way and click on the cheque option at checkout. Please then make your cheque payable to J L Sargeant and forward to JLS Hand Crafted Cards, 13 Overton Crescent, Hazel Grove, Stockport, Cheshire, SK7 4LF. Please allow extra time for delivery if you choose to pay via cheque. Please also write your order number on the reverse of the cheque.
Postage and Packaging
£2.65 is charged for postage and packaging for any size item. If an item is required urgently, items can be posted by Special Next Day Delivery but an extra charge of £2.50 will be charged for this service.
The estimated delivery time for our orders is 3 working days but most are despatched within 24 hours. We understand that there will be times when you need a card at the last minute for that forgotten occasion! If you Contact Us with the details, we will be more than happy to do our utmost to meet your demands.” Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be extremely happy with the quality of our cards. If for any reason you are not however, we would first ask that you Contact Us with the reason, so that we can make sure the same problem does not occur again. If you then return the card(s) to us in perfect condition within 14 days we will be happy to give you a full refund of your money. If the card has been personalised, unfortunately we cannot accept it as a return as we will not be able to re-sell. Terms and Conditions
